Though our clinic is located within a health care facility, masks are not required, but are recommended.

All in-person appointments must be scheduled. To ensure adequate physical distancing, please arrive close to your appointment time (not too early, and please do not be late). This will also allow for all surfaces to be disinfected in between patient visits. If you are going to be late, please call the office to reschedule your appointment.

If you wish to put yourself on the WAITLIST, please be sure that you have the correct clinic you wish to visit selected, and the day/time you select is within our office hours for that clinic.
